With an impressive blend of legal acumen, business experience, and a strong foundation in clinical social work, Eric Charles Helm brings a robust skill set to his work in personal injury law. Before entering the legal field, he earned bachelor degrees in psychology and sociology, and graduated with honors with a master in clinical social work. His experience includes working as a therapist and managing his own practice, where he developed a strong foundation in client advocacy and support.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in the banking industry, where he held pivotal roles as a Senior Training Instructor and Operational Risk Analyst at Navy Federal Credit Union, honing skills in risk management and compliance. In the legal arena, he has successfully closed major deals and worked on major projects with networks such as OWN, Disney, Sony, and NBCUniversal, showcasing his expertise in high-stakes negotiations and contract law.

While in law school, he was a Dean’s List student, graduated cum laude, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Evidence, an award given to the student with the highest grade in the class. He also served on the Student Bar Association as the president of his law school class and as president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. As a Torts Academic Assistant, he contributed to shaping a strong foundation in tort law, a cornerstone of personal injury practice, demonstrating his deep knowledge of liability and negligence principles. Passionate about helping clients secure justice and fair compensation, he approaches each case with the commitment and skill necessary to navigate complex legal challenges.

Beyond his legal career, he is a health and fitness enthusiast, a motorcycle aficionado, and enjoys the beach, bringing a balanced approach to life and work.
