Kenyon Kirkpatrick Moore is an accomplished trial attorney, educator, and community advocate with more than 15 years of legal and leadership experience. Known for his strategic advocacy, courtroom excellence, and commitment to service, he has built a distinguished career representing clients in civil litigation, insurance defense, health law, family law, and complex legal matters throughout Texas.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Moore earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Kennesaw State University, his Juris Doctor from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Health Law from the University of Houston Law Center. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Throughout his career, Mr. Moore has successfully managed and litigated hundreds of cases, serving in leadership positions with major organizations including State Farm Insurance and Allstate Insurance. His experience spans trial advocacy, litigation strategy, risk assessment, dispute resolution, and client counseling. As a former Senior Trial  Attorney for Allstate Insurance and Trial Counsel for State Farm, he developed a reputation for delivering practical legal solutions while maintaining a client-centered approach.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Moore has dedicated himself to educating the next generation of legal professionals. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Thurgood Marshall School of Law, teaching Health Law and Professional Responsibility. His commitment to academic excellence is further reflected in his service as Interim Dean of Admissions and Assistant Director of Admissions, where he played a key role in recruiting, admitting, and mentoring future attorneys.

Mr. Moore is an active leader within the legal community and maintains memberships in the State Bar of Texas, Texas Bar College, Houston Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Bar Association’s Insurance Law Section Advisory Board. His contributions to the profession have earned him recognition as one of the National Black Lawyers Top 100 and recipient of the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) Minority Network Service Award.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Moore is passionate about mentorship, community service, and expanding access to justice. Through pro bono work, civic engagement, and leadership initiatives, he continues to make a meaningful impact both inside and outside the courtroom. In 2019, Mr. Moore ran for Houston City Council, District D, one of the largest Districts in Houston.

Whether advocating for clients, mentoring future attorneys, or serving his community, Kenyon Kirkpatrick Moore remains dedicated to excellence, integrity, and leadership in every aspect of his work.
