James Hidalgo Associate Attorney
James Hidalgo joined JD Silva & Associates in 2022, focusing his practice on bilingual personal injury litigation, helping clients in both English and Spanish. James has worked in the legal industry since 2019, becoming licensed in both New York and Texas. He is a trial lawyer who has represented a diverse array of clients, ranging from corporations to low-income, immigrant, and Spanish-speaking clients who are often at a disadvantage when dealing with our legal system. He has handled complex civil litigation matters, including landlord-tenant, family law, criminal defense, and personal injury cases.
James graduated from Union College in New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2012. He earned his law degree from Howard University School of Law in 2019 as a Merit Scholar, where he served as a Student Attorney with the Howard University School of Law Clinical Law Center.
