Attorney Peyton Hopkins grew up in Galveston, Texas before attending the University of Houston, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science. She went on to obtain her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Lawyering Process and served as an Associate Editor of the school’s Law Review. Peyton combines sharp legal analysis with a genuine passion for helping others, bringing both intellectual rigor and heart to every case she handles.

She began her legal career at the boutique firm Sherman Watkins, PLLC, where she gained valuable courtroom and litigation experience handling both criminal defense and civil matters. Peyton later joined the largest personal injury firm in Texas, where she had the rare opportunity – at a surprisingly young age – to manage a large team of attorneys and oversee a substantial caseload. That role sharpened her leadership abilities and strengthened her capacity to guide complex cases from intake through resolution.

After her time there, Peyton further refined her litigation skills at the Law Offices of Domingo Garcia. Working alongside seasoned trial lawyers who took her under their wing, she gained invaluable mentorship and hands-on experience that helped elevate her advocacy to another level. It was there that she continued developing the strategic instincts and courtroom confidence that allow her to dominate in the industry today.
