Andrew Poe Associate Attorney
Andrew Poe joined J.D. Silva & Associates in 2023 as an Associate Attorney, focusing his practice on personal injury litigation, motor vehicle accidents, and wrongful death.
Andrew graduated from Texas A&M University – College Station with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Business Administration in 2016. He subsequently earned his law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2023, where he was a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association, Hispanic Bar Association of Houston, and Texas A&M Aggie Bar Association. While attending law school, he worked with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid’s Telephone Access to Justice Project, which provided him with practical legal experience while also serving low-income clients with a variety of legal issues. Prior to law school, Andrew worked as a legal assistant at the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s Office.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Andrew is proud to serve his bilingual clients and their legal needs.
